Please contact us, as RSi SmartCanopy® assesses each case individually and will do whatever possible to rectify the problem.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days in the original packaging.

NOTE: RSi SmartCanopy® will not be held liable for shipping expenses occurred returning the product.

All RSi SmartCanopy® products are made to the highest specifications and are world renowned for their durability and toughness.

RSi SmartCanopy® warranty is limited to materials or manufacturing defects.

The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to manufacturing or materials defects. This does not include damage caused by wear and tear, condensation, falling objects, burn holes, extreme weather, damage caused by animals, insects, children, dragging, or improper setup.
